This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable individual to join our client’s busy well-established company as a Junior Technical Support Adviser. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have excellent customer service skills and be looking to start their career within a fast-paced industry.
As the first point of contact for customers it will be your job to provide a consistent high level of customer service and care, so some previous customer service experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- To provide first line support to customers
- To ensure requests for support are dealt with promptly and appropriately
- Redirect or escalate support requests to the appropriate person
- Proactively provide information to users on the progress of outstanding support tickets
- Liaise with colleagues within Technical Support and other teams as required.

Salary: £16,500 To £18,000 Depending On Experience
Hours of work 8:45am – 5:15pm, Mon. to Fri
