Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Lines Account Handler for Full Time Maternity cover
The ideal candidate excels in offering a high level of customer service and has a sound technical knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products, (i.e. Home, Motor & Travel).
Duties will include:
Processing renewals
Mid- term adjustments
Dealing with client queries and or cancellation
Review policies to ensure all paperwork is correct.
Assist with customer queries in relation to both new and existing policies
Confirm cover with relevant insurers, process policies & chase up documentation
Key Skills:
- Ability to communicate & negotiate with both Insurers and Clients in a professional manner
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload to ensure that deadlines are adhered to.
- Ability to develop and sustain relationships with customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick and informed decisions.
- Ability to liaise with colleagues whenever appropriate.
- Effective verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills
- Insurance Industry experience
- Strong Market and Personal Lines product knowledge (i.e. Home, Motor & Travel) along with a proven insurance track record
35 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
