Due to continued business growth our client is looking to recruit an experienced Professional Services Team Leader to join their team. Based in Lincoln you your role will involve the Management and Development of the Implementation Department which consists of the Professional Services team

Main Duties 
Management of Implementation Department 
Evaluate and improve existing implementation processes 

Manage and deliver ongoing training 

Recruitment for implementation and support department  

On-site implementation and training of key projects 
Project planning and management 
Involvement in product development and testing 

Experience  - 2-years’ experience in dealership accounts-based roles or DMS implementation-based roles involving accounts training (Essential)

Key Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Process driven consultative training

Project management skills

Understanding of dealership accounting practices and processes

Detailed understanding of Vehicle Administration practices and processes

Benefits Package
Up to £33,000 P/A plus bonus structure

Company car (up to Audi A4) or equivalent - Allowance also an option

Holidays – 20 Days plus Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day per 2 years employment (Max 25)

Lincoln based with National and International Travel
